Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Temari Hoi An. By accessing our website at temarihoian.com, making a reservation, or dining at our restaurant located at 02/22 Lê Lợi, Phường Minh An, Hội An, Vietnam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended to ensure availability. You may book a table by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp (+84 93 494 8017), or through our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
Please provide accurate information when making a reservation, including party size, date, time, and any dietary requirements or special requests.
We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time or table reassignment, particularly during peak hours.
For group reservations of up to 24 guests, please contact us in advance so we can prepare the best possible arrangement for your party.
Operating Hours
Open daily: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Closed every Tuesday
Operating hours may vary on public holidays, special occasions, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend confirming our hours before visiting, especially during Vietnamese or international holidays.
Omakase & Dining Experience
Our omakase dining experience is a curated, multi-course meal crafted by our chef using the freshest seasonal ingredients available.
Please be aware of the following:
The omakase menu is at the chef's discretion and may vary day to day based on ingredient availability and seasonality.
Please inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences at the time of reservation. While our chef will do her best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen.
Our menu features ingredients sourced from local fish markets in Da Nang, organic farms near Hoi An, and imported directly from Japan and Norway.
Substitutions to the omakase course may be limited. If you have specific concerns, please discuss them with us in advance.
Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash (Vietnamese Dong)
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Bank transfer
All prices listed on our menu are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes. We can issue an invoice upon request — please provide your billing details to our staff at the time of payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone, WhatsApp, or email at bep.bi.mat@gmail.com.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved time may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for large group bookings or special event arrangements where ingredients have been prepared in advance.
No-shows without prior notice may affect future reservation availability.
Refunds for Prepaid Reservations or Deposits:
If a deposit or prepayment is required for your reservation (e.g., for omakase courses, private dining, or special events), refunds will be handled as follows:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the reservation: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the reservation: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation or no-shows: No refund.
Refunds for Dine-In Services:
Once food and beverages have been served, refunds are generally not available, as our dishes are prepared fresh using premium ingredients sourced specifically for your meal.
If you experience a quality issue with your meal, please notify our staff immediately so we can address it on the spot. We are committed to resolving any concerns during your visit.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method (card refund or bank transfer).
For cash payments, refunds may be issued in cash at the restaurant or via bank transfer upon request.

Guest Conduct
Temari Hoi An is an intimate dining venue with approximately 35 seats, including an open kitchen bar and private dining options.
To maintain a serene and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
Respect the quiet, relaxed ambiance of our restaurant.
Supervise children in your party at all times.
Refrain from disruptive behavior that may affect the experience of other guests.
Seek permission before filming or photographing our kitchen team or other guests.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Alcoholic Beverages
Temari offers a curated selection of Japanese beverages, including sake, shochu, plum wine, yuzu wine, Japanese craft gin, and whisky, as well as a selection of wines, cocktails, and local beers.
Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Vietnamese law. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid identification proving they are of legal drinking age.
Parking
Car and motorbike parking is available at 01 Lê Lợi Street, approximately a 20-meter walk from our restaurant. Parking fees are charged by the parking facility and are not included in your dining bill. Temari Hoi An is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings at the parking area.

All content on the Temari Hoi An website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, menu designs, and branding elements — is the property of Temari Hoi An and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Temari Hoi An strives to provide an exceptional dining experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law:
